This beautiful apartment has been renovated by ENRIQUE BROWNE AND ASSOCIATED ARCHITECTS . Enrique Browne started his architectural career in 1974 and has done many projects up till now. This project is actually the transformation of a 20 year old apartment in a historicist building. The apartment has beautiful views because of the fact that it is located on 6th floor.......
The project goal was hard to accomplish because it was a requirement to keep exterior untouched and almost all the walls were of structural reinforced concrete which was hard to modify and ceiling height was low too. However, project goal was to maximize the space in its best possible way. The purpose was achieved by merging living room and dining together and making the size of bedrooms larger, wooden bands were fixed in ceiling to unite the space and hide the beams. Over all apartments is cozy and warm because of the choice of color selection. We must say that Enrique Browne and Associated Architects have done superb job in renovating the 20 year old apartment
