The house is located in a semirural area of the historic city of Kromeriz , Moravia fertile land southeast of the Czech Republic. The plot is particularly narrow and long , that explains the house wedged between two walls , open almost exclusively to the front and back ends . The axial alignment is reinforced by two elements cleverly exaggerated : the rear terrace and entrance canopy , two hallmarks which guarantee the uniqueness of the design and prove the formal intent . The gradual transition from the forced extroversion access counters in a volumetric so compact . The living room opens into the entrance gallery . On the top floor , the terrace has similar characteristics.
The interior is visually continuous to own bathroom .In connection with the garden , along the main axis, the visuals are strategically limited , allowing full transparency on the main access shaft , but denying it to the terrace, visible only from within . The frame is solid wood with large pieces of beams , columns and braces , closed with large horizontal and vertical panels veneered , too .
