This house was designed by architect Chris Cobb, located in Austin, Texas. The house is clad in weathered Brazilian Redwood siding and corrugated metal, which adds scale, texture and unification of the house with views over the surrounding area, while at the same time soften the geometry, strong structure crunchy. Siding, extends inside the house, which is also defined by a soil dark brown bamboo, white walls, cabinets made with care, and clean detailing. Chris said that one of the biggest challenges in developing a plan of this project is 150 oaks, located in the center of the property. Rather than to descend, the construction is based on strong relationships with trees, protect the public without making them strangers in their neighborhood.
