House in Atagoyama by a.un architects

Japanese studio a.un architects have completed a house clad inside and out in wood, located in Mie, Japan. This is the house that people can live by entering the uncertain light, fresh air, beautiful sunrise illuminated the Ise Bay, and around the green from season to season. Atagoyama is the simplicity of modern design wooden houses with enhanced building forms which are all dominated by the color of the wood. The building was lifted up from the street and buckled in the middle in order to view a wide range of sites through every window of the room. The house is for a couple and two active boys. Site is located on a small rise of land after walking a little uphill. Living space is required for the four family members assembled in a simple story, as small as possible.
