Marina Bay Sands Museum

In Singapore a renowned artist Moshie Safadie has now opened a mega resort to grab the public attention. The new creativity of the artists had made Singapore an attraction for the tourists for the future decades.The concept of the “Welcoming Hand of Singapore” comprises of 10 fingers of the museum joined by a single round base. Each finger displays a different gallery. In total, there are three levels of galleries. The tallest finger stands 60 meters above ground. The lotus flower shaped building display an art and science museum hosting 21 galleries in it. The grand Art Science Museum hosts international exhibits as well as permanent exhibits on three floors of gallery Surrounded by a 40,000-square foot lily pond reflecting pool. The Museum floats over a new urban terrace with commanding views of Singapore and Marina Bay Sands. The museum is entered through a free-standing glass pavilion. Large elevators and escalators convey the public to the lower and upper galleries. The superb ideas of the artists utilized natural resources in the form of the roof. The central water fall on the roof of the building is fed by rainfall in the huge bowl fixed on the top. The rainwater is then recycled for use in the building’s restrooms and also falls in a small reflecting pool.
