The real estate adage is true – location is everything! And Architekt DI Johann Lettner really took advantage of these stunning surroundings when he designed this three story house plan. The rooftop of this house is using for sun bathing and offer a greatest view from this house because we can see wonderful scenery of this location. This house also completed by swimming pool that works its way through the first volume, across the open space and to the second volume. The basement of this house offers other atmosphere to the people inside. The architect incorporated a glass wall that floods interiors with natural light with one reason; to remove dark nuance which usually exist in the basement. Architekt DI Johann Lettner.
