Founded by Enrico Taranta in 2007, Taranta Creations is a global architectural firm. With the office located in Shanghai China, within the Red Town Sculpture Park this company had established its self as a vital origin for designing the latest friendly architecture. Their work reveals the commercial designs mainly the industries, offices, bridges and even libraries for public use. The office operates within the fields of architecture, urban planning, art and interior design. Recently in 2010 Juriaan Calis and Giorgio Radojkovic joined the office as principal designers and Max Lai become responsible for managing the office. .
The team work of the very intellectual designers recently gave birth to the Eco Bridge. This bridge if over viewed reminds us of the shape of a huge dragon. Thus this piece of architecture focuses on the dragon theme of Chinese people. The huge platform of bridge is interconnecting the green hills and makes a connection between the natural valleys and thus implementing a man made design in the laps of a beautiful landscape. The bridge is challenging water under it and is still under construction. It is both aesthetically beautiful as well as functional. The curved and heaped body of the bridge resembles to that of dragon’s hump. The grid shaped roof top of the bridge has a function of sun reflection. The over night view of this bridge is also pleasing when its little lights reflect in water.
